I am on the fence....I am still unsure of having a woman President, regardless of what political party she aligned with. What do you people think? I am leaning towards no, for now.

Keep right on leaning that way, kiddo, you're doing fine. Hillary Clinton is the worst thing that could possibly happen to America, even WORSE than Slick Willie.

I happen to be a conservative, although I did split my ballot this time. However, PLENTY of Democrats feel the same way about Hillary and have made that very clear on this site.

I think Hillary Clinton would be a great president regardless of her gender, she is a very savvy politician and has had experience during her husbands two terms in office, none of the other potential candidates have that and like her husband what you see is what you get, warts and all. I will be voting yes.

She is extremely intelligent & equally power hungry.
Don't think I could vote for her, not because of gender at all.
I'd vote for a woman president of if she was the best suited to doing what's right regardless of party.

The answer is a BIG NO....You heard of "buy one get one free" well that is what you would get if she was elected President. Just like years ago when her husband was in office. We ended up with her making plans and decisions even then. Her middle name is CONTROL..and there is not room for that at this time and place. We need some fresh blood that is not named Clinton....with our world being in such a turmoil we need some new leaders with a fresh approach to our USA and world problems.

I don't have nothing against Mrs. Hillary Clinton, except that she's a Liberal. The problem with liberals is that they like to give our country away, no matter what. Liberals don't know how to manage the country with out giving it away. Mrs. Clinton other than being a Liberal is one of a hell, American,,, ask,, Bill Clinton..

HELL, NO, I would not vote for Hillary "the Rod" Clinton. Would you vote for Saddam Hussein?

Seriously, I think Senator Elizabeth Dole is the woman for the job.

In a heartbeat. And frankly, I think it's a totally antiquated belief that a woman can't effectively run a country. In fact, we are one of the few countries in the developed world who has NOT had a woman leader, which I find troublesome. People still don't believe that men and women are equals, and I just don't understand why.

I would not. I would be forced to vote for the republican, even though I am democrat. I think the polls showing her as the leader are being pushed by the republican leadership, so the democrats will run her. She cannot win. She is too liberal for moderate americans. She has the baggage of Bill, whitewater, and the death of Bill's aide that was linked to her.
John Edwards would be a better choice.

No and I say this cause of who she is and the fact she is a woman altho I might consider C. Rice if she ran. I know of only one woman leader that I feel could stand up to the job and that was Margret Thatcher. No, I don't think the country is ready for a woman.
