I doubt that even half of the republican answerers on here have been to iraq.

You attack dems saying they are unamerican for not supporting the war, but you won't fight it!!

US news and world report has it at about 50-50 just like everywhere else
Myself and my father are vets of foreign wars and we mostly vote Democratic
But the GOP has a great chickenhawk history
W hid out in the Texas Air National gaurd bypassing 200 other applicants to get in there. Then apparently was AWOL for the most part

very pro Iraq war 3 deferments

Arm chair politicians are like back seat drivers. It's all talk and no action. Why would they want to go to a foreign country and get mutilated or killed for a bunch of foreigners when they can use the war to bash other Americans? Being pro-war has never made someone patriotic. Being pro-American does. And being in favor of keeping Americans in America is very patriotic.

I am too old to serve. I served in the military when I was a young man fresh out of high school. 7 days after graduation to be precise. My parents were not poor. I vote a split ticket but ,lean to the republican ticket. When they reinstate the draft will you move to Canada?

Actually, statistically the majority of the active armed forces personnel say that they consider themselves Republican, and nearly 72% of them come from states with a Republican house majority in the state capitol.

It sounds a lot like the dumb things a certain Democratic Senator was recently making that also had no basis in fact either.

You need to get your little head out of your big butt! Last tally I saw showed approximately 80% of American Miltary Personnel are REPUBLICANS!!!!!!! Where are the democrats? Oh yes, they are hiding.
