Israel has killed over a thousand innocent Palestinians this year... meanwhile Hamas has abided by its truce and not killed a single Israeli or used a single suicide bomb since 2004.

Nonetheless Israeli troops and tanks are nightly terrorizing people in the West Bank and Gaza... rockets are fired nightly into the most populated area on earth by Israel... an entire family of 18 people was wiped out just the other night by israeli tank shells... a 12 year old girl was shot in the head 3 days ago by an israeli sniper..

and still you people support Israel.. its insane,

i have noticed that some believe undocumented do not have rights and that they should not be able to defend themselves legally , i find this attitude highly racist but still i am interested in what other think .


note : this video can be found broadcasted in U tube and has been around the world in the news . it is not the only one there is another one from the UCLA which shows abusive police men beating an Iranian guy .

the questions are :

would it had been justified if they were undocumented ???

I was injured after being served plastic sharp enough to impale itself in the roof of my mouth 3 days later i'm in the hospital for five days after having surgery I swallowed smaller pieces that gave me an infection strong enough I could have died. The restraunt made a report and i have four witnesses not including the waitress and manager. so do I hire an attorney from the same state or can i hire one from my home state?

I've recently been thinking (and done research on) sponsoring a child from a poor country. Obviously these children need support and care but how do u choose from so many? I'm finding it hard to choose one child when i feel i want to sponsor them all. I'm a single parent hence i cant sponsor them all. Serious answers pls. what kind of democracy is it when u have 2 choices for who you want in office, a democrat or a republican. When will the younger generation start an independent movement thats for the people not for the good of a single party? What is the appeal with voting democrat and republican? arent they short sited attempts at solving are problems? If he fails to mention about signing the ticket can I get out of the ticket. I have witnesses (2) that can verify the officer did not mention to me about signing the ticket. I did not have the chance to agree to signing the ticket or refuse to sign the ticket. Should I try to fight it?

i think marijuana should be legal. i wonder how many of you in your 20's or 30's would consider voting to legalize it. Seems like things stay conservative because Our generation still listens to our parents, especially the ones who are actually doing the voting. But if you really had to think about it, wouldnt legalizing drugs end a lot of violence and actually save us tax dollars. Is my generation with me or do you all still think marijuana will turn people crazy and starting riots in the street like what they reported when they made it illegal for the 1st time.

I recently received a ticket in the mail for running a red light in San Francisco, CA. I honestly think the light was yellow and I'll probably pay the fine, but here's the deal. The fine is $380!!!

Do I have any options here?

Please... I don't want to get into a discussion about the merits of red light tickets and how The Man is just trying to keep me down :)

I'm looking to hear from people that have experience with a similar situation.

i got a summons fo specific performace because my realtor told the buyer that i was thinking of backing out even though i havent yet, i am going to a circut court. how can you find out the most that you could loose i think its up to a certain doallar amount only i close in 4 days, i will show up to closing so how is merely thinking about not closing a breach of contract?

if sued a a circut court i think you can only get 5 grand but thats if you breached the contract
