"X' entered into agreement before 19 years with "Y' for constructing a house and authorised to pay the house tax, electricity bill, water. The agreement expired after 6 months and was never renewed. "X" also died shortly after that. No other document was signed by "X" to make'Y' the legal owner of the land. "Y" continues to pay house tax for the house constructed in the land for these period.Now, the daughter of 'X' who does'nt know till now that 'Y' posseses the land just over an agreement, that too lapsed, wants to claim as the legal successor of this land. "X" has no other children.What law says about this? Can this case be fought in court in favour of the daughter? What proof should be provided by the daughter?

Ever since the Democrats lost the majority in congress over a decade ago, they have lamented that America was broken. I don't recall the minority Repulicans saying that for the over 70 years the Democrats held the majority and often the presidency. I don't hear any great cry from Republicans today saying America is broken. Is America only broken when Democrats are in the minority?

a peadophile as moved on to our street where there are families with young children, he as served a prison sentence for his crimes and is registered on the sex offenders list. is there anything we can do to remove this man? he is a possible HIGH re-offender as the social services as told one of my friends. he has had young children in his house playing cards and such like, he also has the men who he served his prison sentence with him visiting on a regular basis. any information would be greatly appreciated

Does anyone know the law regarding citizenship?... i am irish and my boyfriend is argentinian.... im 5 months pregnant and our baby will be born here in mallorca.... i know the baby will be automatically entitled to irish citizenship....but will it also be a spanish citizen?...and an argentinian citizen?.... how many different countries can 1 person be a citizen of?...do we have to choose 1?
by the way neither my boyfriend or i are spanish citizens although we have lives here for over 5 years

O.K. There is this horrid intersection less than 20 ft from the entrance to my son's school, which is only 2 years old. I think if I can get a large enough group of parents together, they'll have to do something, They desperatly need either a 4 way stop sign of a traffic signal. I want to organize some parents and start making phone calls and writing letters, but I don't ever do this kind of stuff, so I have no idea who or where to start. Anyone know who controls this stuff? His school is outside of the city limits and is a part of the county school system. Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks!

CNN,ABC,NBC,CBS,FOX all report Democrats are very worried. Many Democrats are worried nothing is going to happen in the next two years, and a Republican will win in 2008. Are you not so worried that the Democrats are doing the wrong things?

I think we need to pull our votes from the rep and dem so as to tell them we are sick of the BS! well, i am, thats for sure) We should all vote! 100% of the voters should. But, we send a democrat to office we get wefare programs and out of control spending, we send a rep to office, businesses get all sort of tax benefiets. Look at he price of gas. And, from both we get lies, lies and more lies. Ads that lie about the the other party. This must stop!

the son or daughter of a miner or steel worker or something like that?

miners and steel workers make a LOT!!! to me when a politician makes this claim it does just the opposite and proves to me their ignorance of the real working class.

where is the politician who was raised (or who was him/herself) a single parent who worked two jobs at christmas while simultaneously battling cancer? these politicians know absolutely nothing about the real true american workers.

where is the politician who spent the first 5-10 years of his adult life scraping by a living like a rat working at a temporary agency? making $6.25 and being a pariah of society. where is the politician who worked in a **** factory.

does anyone else agree with me about this? or do you understand what im talking about?

My next door neighbour just got out of jail. His mistake? He met a Russian beauty on the Internet, wrote to each other for 5 months. She told him what a good girl she was, never go to bars/night clubs or drink, how great in bed she was, a great cook & that she loved him. He went to her country, married her, filed 4 Visa for her, got her to the US(Virginia), bought her new cloth, gave her money & love. Two months later, she received her G.Card. He came one day from work,she & all her stuff were gone.Next, the cops showed at his door step & arrested him 4 spousal abuse(she scratched herself & reported that he did it).Finally,he was able to proof that he was innocent.The cops are now after her for false report & he filed to the INS about mishab.Fox News, did a report on this subject on how the Russian & Romanian girls use the same trick to gain the G.Card & leave many men in ruined lifes.Find the Sucker, pretend love, get married, get the G.Card, file abuse, bail out, then file 4 divorce
