My next door neighbour just got out of jail. His mistake? He met a Russian beauty on the Internet, wrote to each other for 5 months. She told him what a good girl she was, never go to bars/night clubs or drink, how great in bed she was, a great cook & that she loved him. He went to her country, married her, filed 4 Visa for her, got her to the US(Virginia), bought her new cloth, gave her money & love. Two months later, she received her G.Card. He came one day from work,she & all her stuff were gone.Next, the cops showed at his door step & arrested him 4 spousal abuse(she scratched herself & reported that he did it).Finally,he was able to proof that he was innocent.The cops are now after her for false report & he filed to the INS about mishab.Fox News, did a report on this subject on how the Russian & Romanian girls use the same trick to gain the G.Card & leave many men in ruined lifes.Find the Sucker, pretend love, get married, get the G.Card, file abuse, bail out, then file 4 divorce

I know a mail order bride from Russia. She is not with her husband anymore for what ever reason. But she gets mad when you even bring the subject of immigration or mail order brides up in front of her. She screams and yells at you if you do.

It's a sad story but there is a saying in Russia "A woman will never leave a good husband". You told us the story from that guy point of you and we'll probably never hear the girl's part.
To give love and money in this situation is not enough. There are so many cultural differences, language barriers, long immigration process, and difficulty to find a job. It's very possible that she didn't get enough understanding and attention from her husband. All that simply would drive anyone crazy and you know that you may experience culture shock in a foreign country which lasts for months and months. So, let's not judge the whole Russian nation just because of this family problem.

Many single Russian women want to meet, fell in love and possibly marry American men simply because in their country there are fewer men than women. It is a result of numerous wars and slow economy. Our countries where enemies for really long time and finally we got a chance to get to know each other. It's very intriguing for a Russian girl to meet an American guy and for an American guy to meet a Russian girl. So, why not to give a chance to be together? Russian women are very educated; most of them have Master degrees and very good careers or achievements in social life, sports and art. I believe American society gladly accepts foreigners with good education and goals to make life better.

The question is,,,Why do you want to go to Russia or any other country to married, when here in the USA we have the best looking girls in the world. Here in the USA you could go to any state and get who ever you want, why go and take chances with people from other countries that all they want is to come to the USA, no matter how.These people are so desperate that they will sell their soul just to come to the USA.. don't you think it's kind of stupidness from his side??? it was clear at the beginning what was her interest...but men are sometimes to blind to see that...btw, russian girls are very pretty and may be more clever then american ones so that's why she got what she wanted:)))
