I live on the East coast & i see every year the growing number of immigrants from Eastern Europe flooding my State & the neighbouring ones, by the thousands. All received their Visas through our Good US Embassies through a so called Visa Lottery & Summer Camp, some even said that in Eastern Europe u could buy a US Visa from an American employee of the US Embassy , for 3000 dollars, like the US Embassy in Russia , Belarus, Ukraine & Romania. Illegality is EVERYWHERE NOW !!!

Some powerfull reports had shown a rather very sad future for our country due to outsourcing, huge flow of immigrants, global competetion in the market, lay offs & lose of jobs, corporate greed & expensive wars, huge defecit, bankrupt social security & the list is big...
The reports read that by the year 2025-2030, America will no longer be the Economical , Military Super Power & Americans will be the largest migrating race, looking for a better life elsewhere. That America is the dieing Empire on its last breath of oxigen, just as before her the Soviet Union, The Roman Empire, The British , the Frensh ,the Turkish & all the other Empires that once held great powers. Some even see a Revolution or a Civic disobiedience of great magnetitude.
What do u think ???

it started about 3 months ago. i recieved a letter from this company saying i owe money because they thought i had got finance out at a bank. i do not know nothing about this as i have a bad credit rating so i cannot get finance.anyway i dont have a job, and i told them this 3 months ago and i said i would see them in court as i have nothing to hide. i heard nothing for 3 months and then i get a letter today from them saying they will reduce settlement offer. it has freaked me out because i have heard this company are complete arseholes. they say they may take it to court and they could get attachment of earnings as i dont work that dont matter but they say they may get someone from the court to sieze my assets or a petition may be lodged for my bankruptcy(if applicable) what should i do, this company has been taken to trade and standards quite a few times and even the police have been involved in this company.

Come January I will be contacting my newly elected representatives letting them know my stance on this issue, which is this. Welcome legal immigrants into America. Give local and state law enforcement agencies the power to arrest any people without legal documentation to be here. Heavy fines for employers using illegals. It's time we took control of the flood of people entering our country illegally. Write your representatives, complaing on here won't help.

They have said they will eliminate the tax breaks for "Big Oil". Do they think the oil companies will just eat the added expense? They will pass it on to the consumer. And Jim Oberstar (D-MN) will head the transportation committee, and he has said he will raise gas taxes to pay for projects. And I thought the Democrats were all about not raising taxes for the middle class?

What do you people think of Indian Judicial system, we have so many courts, why are cases not heard, why are there so many under trails in custody.

I happen to visit a few courts randomly, I noticed one thing most comman, the judge does not want to proceed with the case in front of him / her, asks the lawyers of both sides, when next date is suitable for both sides, meaning layers.

The cases get dragged on and on for years and even then there is no proper justice.

It is only when a foreign national is concerened that you have fast track judgement, that is purely for tourism.

Hi, I'm currently involved in a dispute with one of London borough's local authorities about a parking ticket that I received when I was definitely in the right. I appealled the ticket and provided photographic evidence as to why the parking attendent was in error but my appeal was rejected. To the rejection was attached photos from the parking attendent which I believe do not relate to my parking offense (i.e. a photo of the no parking sign which I believe is from a different street from the one I was parked on). I am in the right in this instance and believe, in the best case that the parking attendent made a genuine mistake, in the worst that he/she falsified the report/photos. My question is, without going down the whole solicitor route to challenge this (time and cost) is there some watchdog/consumer group/ombudsman that I can refer the case to? If I can prove that the parking attendent did falsify evidence then I will prosecute..... Thanks

I dont know what should I answer when anyone ask this...I remember that the police officer ask me something like this and I just didnt know how to answer...I said that I didnt plan to do this...
I stole nearly $160 stuff...Is that much? I actually have quite a lot of money from my bank account(2500+) and my parents r quite wealthy! I always spent my parents' money and they never refuse... But there had some sad things that happened throughout this year and I was distressed...and i had no one to talk to...
I think I need to visit the psychologist....

Now Im so regretful! I think I was so silly...

So heres the deal. I am moving at the end of the month out-of-state and I have a minor bench warrant out for my arrest. I dont see any reason to waste a week or 2 in jail dealing with this warrant so Im trying to avoid it at all costs. If I go to jail right now I would probably lose my job, leaving yet another scar on my resume so turning myself in so I can spend my last few weeks here in jail is a no-go.

I lost my wallet last week and I have a paycheck I need to cash but I dont know if the DOL will call the police if I go get a state ID card.

What do you think?
