If a bullet hit you in the pocket, striking the other bullet, I guess its kinda like "oh ****" time. Moral of story: dont put a bullet in your pocket and go into battle.

If you keep the bullet in your pocket, it just means you won't shoot yourself with it.
The concept you refer to is simply a matter of expressing the fatalism required of those going to war - death strikes with no rhyme or reason - either it finds you, or it doesn't.

lol if only ,i wouldnt be surprised if the superstious of soldiers do that .if it comes to it and they draft the americans and invade world wide ,which will probably happen, ill ask the soldier that asks me to join his army before i get shot in the head if he does that.
