Unfortunately the new Senate and Congress may not see it that way. They have made their careers on keeping people of color down. The more government handouts they can promise the more votes they expect to get.
To many African Americans have gotten wise to there game so they have to find a new group to sucker in.
I don' t think babies born to illegals should get automatic citizenship. Women from the middle east were flying here to give birth just to get a foot hold in the USA .They were willing to wait 20years just to flood the USA with brainwashed adults.
Now middle easterners are learning Spanish so they can sneak across the border posing as Mexicans. Its the Federal Governments obligation to secure the borders

That is correct. The amnesty bill that was passed in 1986 was to allow the 3 million illegal aliens at that time to become naturalized US citizens. Since the enforcement side of the bill was never carried through, the invitation was 'mailed' to every prospective illegal immigrant out there to go ahead and pack their bags and come on up to the good old US of A. Reagan's dead, now, and out of office, so he can't be impeached for it anymore...but it was Congress that dropped the ball on the issue. Let's hope the democrats brought their 'game face' to the immigration debate, and can see to it that there is no second 'oops'...there's always recall elections...

Yes ! Reagan started that BULLSH*TT & the INS was flooded with milions of fake claims & every illegal got a G.Card & didn't have to learn a word of english. Go to Miami ! Miami is 82% Cubans & if u don't speak spanish, u can't even get a cup of coffee cuz no one speaks english there. That was because of Reagan too. He allowed in 1982 for 2 milions Cubans to come to Miami & was called the Mario Boat Lift. Reagan did a lot of CRAP & no one remembers !!!

There isn't a politician in this country in their right mind that is going to push for straight amnesty unless of course they also welcome votes fom those illegals when it comes to keeping them in power.

Their political careers will be over.
