Dont Think Of It As "rounding up and kicking out"
Think Of It As "Family Re-Unification" With The Dear Loved Ones
That Are Recieving 39 Billion Untaxed US Dollars Every Year
We Can Ease The Pressure On Social Services
And Keep 39 Billion In OUR Economy
While Providing Low Skill Entry Level Jobs
To The 18 Million American Citizens That Are Out Of Work
Let's Not Call It "Kicked Out" Or "Deported"
Lets Call It "REPATRIATION"
OR We Can Take A Page Out Of Eisenhower's Book
And Call It " Operation Wet*Back "
PC Works Both Ways
DEPORT ALL ILLEGAL ALIENS
And Their ILLEGAL ALIEN ANCHOR BABIES
IMMEDIATELY UPON DISCOVERY

I'm somewhere between 60/40 to 90/10 on that...we've let immigration go(well, WE didn't, our 'representation' did, more or less) for 20 years now, since the big '86 amnesty that naturalized 3 million illegal aliens. That, by itself, wouldn't have been such a big deal, except that the enforcement 'componemenenment' got left out. This is what happens when you let dumbasses, all-out shitbirds, partisan hacks, lackeys, friends, buddies, cousins, brothers(sisters too) and in-laws play at being royalty in your representative government system, the voice of the People, in this case the American People, gets churned under.
I'm for the border fence, employer enforcement AND a 10-year moratorium on ALL immigration, period, until such time as the entire situation gets figured out to the satisfaction of the majority.
The United States has the right, the RIGHT, to a secure and sovereign border, and neither Mexico nor the United Nations has any say in that, period. That point needs to be strongly reinforced, all the protesting you're hearing is right on the money, because enhancing the effectiveness of our borders, including the one with Canada, let's be fair-handed about this, helps to deter crime. It is estimated that the vast bulk and majority of illegal drugs being imported into the United States comes from...Mexico. Some also comes from Canada. Our borders have been a blind spot for years, perhaps a deliberate one, but a blind spot nonetheless. It's time to fix that. I do NOT support blanket amnesty, if any amnesties are to be awarded, they should be case-by-case, and a consolation prize there should be a free trip home. It's our government that's dropped the ball on this, and since the citizens 'are' the government, then it follows that the taxpayers are going to be stuck paying the tab. But, get em home, get em home safe, send em out with a smile, so to speak.
Other countries are never really going to quite 100% reform in how they take care of their people until we stop being the catch-all safety valve. The world's population has now hit 6.5 billion, america alone is at 300 million, this isn't 1856 anymore, this is 2006, people gotta start thinking harder, and fixing stuff at home.
We can help, but we just can't do it for em, and we sure can't afford for everyone and their dog to hop the border in the middle of the night and just fart off all the responsibilities etc. expected of US citizens. Do the math yourself...we're WAY in debt, here, insanely in debt. Your great-great-great grandkids will still be paying on the interest, just the INTEREST, on this year's debt alone. Things have gotta be balanced out, and some people gotta go home and take care of business in their own countries. Otherwise, we're just going to see our country basically assimilated etc. I don't like that idea...I don't like the idea of Mexico getting what amount to proxy voting rights in US elections.
I don't like the sound of the 'you stole our land from us' rhetoric. I don't like what I've read about some of our politico-peeps that are apparently beholden to their sponsors, er, 'constituents'...that's not what independence is about. No 'north american union' for me, thanks...

Not everybody is at one extreme or the other. The first thing that needs to happen is a crack down on the EMPLOYERS who create the jobs and hire illegally.
And in case you did not know, if people are deported they have to PAY FOR THEIR OWN TICKET BACK TO THEIR COUNTRY or THEY HAVE TO STAY IN USCIS PRISON where YOU pay for their stay. Depending on the country of origin, the person might have to wear an electronic tracking device until they leave. That has to be monitored and that costs government money too.

Amnesty is just saying "sure go ahead and break our laws, sneak over our borders, do anything you like because all we're gonna do is pat you on the head, tell you "good job" and then give you a reward for spitting on our Constitution and our sovereignty ... and by the way, after we've given you amnesty, go ahead and tell all your friends so we can have 50 million more of you come on over"!

I'm a 'solve the problem before we debate questions that might make it worse' type of person.
That means removing benefit and employment magnets and limiting family 'reunification' immigration.
Then we can talk about screened legalization (no twice illegal or gang members.)

It is not just Mexicans the proplem we have been mis-lead here, as all of south america is on the march and headed here. We have aborted 40 million of our own to make room for the so far 40 million Illigals. So how many more protestants will have to die to make room for the Roman Catholics churches hoards

Read what Bush has signed into law, The North American Union- We will have no borders to speak of. That is why nothing is being done about all the Illegals pouring across our border.

Why stop here ? Why don't we import more & more & make them all legal ?
I'm for FINE & JAIL EMPLOYERS who hire them & that will get ride of the problem, easy & cheap cuz once the ILLEGALS know that no EMPLOYER would take the risk in hiring them, then they have no source of income, then they will leave by themselfs.

Deport them. I have no problem with legal immigration, but it's not fair to those who came via the proper channels.

Granting amnesty will give the green light for the rest of Mexico to move here.
