Yes, they should also pay for the wall. We would not need the wall, if it weren't for their people.

Yes, but they refuse to even take back their criminals if they have been here more than 5 years, 'just because', and despite treaties.
Even Gloria Romano, illegal immigrant champion extraordinaire was pissed when the Mexican government said they couldn't come to a meeting discussing repaitriation of criminals, because the Mexican government couldn't afford a plane ticket. Germany, England and others showed up. Romano pointed out in no uncertain terms that Mexico had a consulate in the very city in question, and employees would only have needed to drive.
All the same, that shows Mexico's attitude. I think we have to not worry about Mexico's position on this. They aren't going to be reasonable, but we can't let an unreasonable posture stop us from doing what we need to do.

Yes, if it can be proven that the illegal alien who uses the services mentioned is in fact a Mexican citizen.
It might actually make them think twice about shipping their poor here. They need to start taking care of their citizens, now if that means paying the US then so be it.
