CNN,ABC,NBC,CBS,FOX all report Democrats are very worried. Many Democrats are worried nothing is going to happen in the next two years, and a Republican will win in 2008. Are you not so worried that the Democrats are doing the wrong things?

I think Democrats are starting to get over the euphoria of their win and are realizing what actually happened. Voter samples show that voters were not really voting for the Democrats, but rather against the Republicans. What the voters have done is actually create a stalemate situation. This because while Democrats control the congress, the president controls veto power and the Democrats do not have the majority required to override. So while Democrats have indeed made the president a lame duck, they have also imposed the same on the congress. It does not have to be this way though. If Democrats reach across the aisle to craft bi-partisan legislation which benefits all Americans they can still accomplish many things. However, if they fall back on the liberal agenda nothing of substance will get done in government for the next 2 years. The biggest problem for Democrats is now they have the power and they must produce. Just calling the other side evil is not going to do it anymore. The Democrats say they wanted change for all Americans, the coming days, weeks, and months will show if they were honest, or if they just wanted power again and were willing to say whatever it took to get elected.

U wanna see crying?
Back in 2005 republicans voted 52-1 against having a committee on the conduct of the war. (it lost 52 to 48) Something we've done for every war going back to the revolutionary war.
The GOP doesn't want us to see how their friends are screwing the military and the US taxpayer (sort of like the savings and loan debacle in the late 80's,)

Some of these crooks in Iraq make Abramoff, Delay and Enron/Worldcom look like alter boys

So there's gonna be some cryin all right
Just like when Bush tried to stop the 9/11 commission
they're will b lots of embarrasing moments 4 the White House

CNN, ABC, CBS, FOX?
How bout a link to back up your statement.
And maybe a quote or too.
Have you ever heard of links?

I voted straight Democrat.

If the Democrats don't do anything over the next two years I at least hope they further expose the REPUBLICANS for the LIARS that they are.

No, my little GOP friend, but you clearly are...

No-one is "reporting" any such thing ( well, except maybe Fox!) What we will see in the next couple of years is the winding down of Bush's presidency, as he becomes unable to force anything through either House. So, governmental stasis for two years. Its to be expected.

These are tears of happiness, baby! Some Republicans got wise and switch to Democrat. That goes to show that Americans are tired of this stupid war and our men and women of the military being killed. Americans spoke their peace!!!

They didn't look worried to me. How can things get anymore screwed up than what Bush has done so far?

Why don't you go and fight the war in Iraq...frontlines...and then come back and say what you have to say. Let's see if you'll sing the same song. In the meantime, Get over it!!! America spoke!
