Please give me a good source. I can't rely on Wikipedia and even it does not say conclusively if it was or not.

Thanks!

Other than the botched rescue attempt from the Iranian
hostages, what made Jimmy Carter a bad President?

Can George Bush sue him for using the phrase "We are
addicted to oil" 25 years before he did?

Have they ever called for an end to it ? I wondered , because all I personally have ever heard was condemnation for those trying to put an end to terrorism , from the Red Cross and other "so-called" human rights groups . Sometimes it seems like they do just the opposite of what it looks like they are for , on the surface . Please explain .

the only clear reason i can get from those who do is because of the iraq war which is a really stupid reason simply because congress, dem's and rep's voted for the war and that intel was based on intelligence taken during the former bush and clinton's yrs. clinton admitted he couldn't find bin laden during his 8 yrs. and then went on to deflect it by saying bush couldn't in 8 months...scary. other than that the only other reason is their 'personal' feelings...none of them know the man or his family personally so how can they say that, they only know him by the media portrayal of him and we all know how ridiculous that is to base our views of something based on the media.

then presumably we had work left to do. Should we go back in?

"Some voters, sick of interrupted dinners and evenings, say they will punish the offending parties by opposing them in today's elections. But critics say Republicans crafted the messages to delude voters -- especially those who hang up quickly -- into thinking that Democrats placed the calls."

to our country? Hell, if you were so smart you would have told bush about 9/11...do you eventually want to have terrorist and mad people killing you and our country because bush didn't allow war to protect you, geezm people stop thinking about the cool thing to protest...we ARE at war and there are men and women who willingly will fight...so shut up

I also just wanted to remind people that we have two wars going on right now the war in Iraq and the war on the war on Terrorist. 9/11 started the war on terror not the war in Iraq.

Oh and one more thing,

DON'T FORGET TO GET OUT THERE TODAY AND VOTE!!!!!!!

All I know is that our economy is better than ever and we have not had any attacks on the US since 9/11. The NASDAQ is at an ALL TIME record high, mortgage rates are still low, unemployment is down and there are more homeowners than ever before in our history. However, Bush never gets any recognition for his achievments, only his failures.
