Because Kerry was an unacceptable alternative. He was horrible then, he is as bad now.
To Linda: Bush did win the popular vote in 2004.

It wasn't that they voted for him; it was that they didn't vote at all. And now they're whining and crying because the president is a "meanie, poopy pants" when they didn't do anything to stop him from being re-elected in the first place.
I'm all for Bush and the Republican party, so I have nothing to complain about. But for all of you that are so dis-content; I suggest you put your war protest signs down and head on out to the poles...That's the only place your opinion counts.

needless to say. McCain is an previous guy with distinctive well being subject concerns. If he have been in place of work for 2 words he would be 80 years previous in his very final 12 months. Sorry, yet it is only too previous. we don't hire those that age to run agencies, or do something significant. So why run the rustic at that age? in certainty if he dies, you get Palin. A bimbo who has no precise to be president. so which you will desire to settle for that very intense threat in case you vote for McCain. you in addition to mght would desire to contemplate the certainty that McCain voted with Bush over ninety% of the time during the previous 8 years, and seem the place that have been given us.

So many people don't dislike President Bush! The liberal media (CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC) want you to believe that! Its just not true. I'd vote for him again, if he could run for president again. Go ahead with your name calling......I'm being honest!

he didn't win............but thats beside the point now.
voting for a president or any other elected official isn't a popularity contest.
you don't have to like or admire the man/woman in order to agree with his/her politics, agendas, and views and vote for their party.

Because Republicans by nature have a much harder problem admiting their mistakes so they cling to their original decsions. Democrats by nature tend to be a lot more tolerant of mistakes and at time admit way too many!
