Can anyone claim there is no separation between church and state in the United States?

I don't see any evidence to support a state religion and quoting John Adams won't support arguements that we are a theocracy.
Government and religion are and ought to be two separate entities.

Advise needed?

I have a situation and I am wondering if anyone can help. I have a 9 year old boy. My son lived with my for the first 5 years of his life. His father and I separated when he was 10 months old. His father wanted nothing to do with him during that time. I meet a very sweet and loving muslim guy and we start dating. I move to a city about 1 1/2 hours away. All of a sudden my son's father wants to take him for his weekend. Everything is fine, he brings my son home. 2 weeks later he picks him up again. Only this time he calls me on Sunday and says he's not bringing my son home and he's already enrolled him in school. About 1 year after that they disappear. I finally find them 5 years later and now the father is a coke head. Do I call social services to have my son removed or do I try to get the money together for a lawyer and cousilling for my son for the nest 15 years? I want whats best for my son. Please help.

Where can I buy a second-hand used seaworthy 1944 World War 2 American Minesweeper?

I would like to buy/rent/lease a used USA US Navy 'Admiral' Class steel-hulled minesweeper built by the Tampa Shipbuilding Company in Florida in 1944 measuring 185 feet long and weighing 780 tons. Where can I find and attorney to help me with changing the at will laws in Va?

Va. "employment at will" laws are not for the working people, and we need to do something about them. This law is for the Employer, which means they can terminate you at any time with little or NO reason. If you are employeed in any job that is not union, you fall under this law. We need to get this reversed or changed to benefit the employee, not the employer.
