LET'S SAY YOU'VE BEEN GIVEN A MAIL IN BALLOT FROM YOUR ELDERLY MOTHER.....! KNOWING SHE WILL ONLY VOTE DEMOCRAT, BECAUSE THAT USED TO MEAN YOU WERE FOR A BETTER NATION, EQUAL RIGHTS ETC....., BUT HAS NOW BECOME, HATE AMERICA, HELP TERRORIST, & MOVE TOWARD SOCIALISM.
THE QUESTION:
KNOWING IT WOULD BE WRONG TO THROW THE ENVELOPE AWAY, WOULD YOU STILL DO IT TO STOP A STRAIGHT PARTY LINE DEMOCRATIC VOTE! IS OK MORALLY!

I just saw a poll this morning, 11/07/2006 and there were still undecided voters. How can you be undecided on election day. If you're not swayed by political ads (which I have never been either way) Why don't people go online and do alittle research and make a decision. Are people really that indecisive that they don't know how they feel on issues? How can you not know if you support Stem cell research or not ( I'm not making a Judgement either way) but you should know for yourself. Or Gay Marriage? Or taxes for one reason or another? Or the Republican or Democrat canidate? (or Green, independent, liberaterian, or any other party out there.) So my question is how can you be undecided?

just got back from the polling place and there were quite a few people there enough to have to wait in line to vote all stations were full using the hard copy paper ballot. yet there were 5 of the diebold machines there also and nobody wanted to use them they would rather wait in line to vote than use them. do you think that the government will take notice of this and see just how much americans distrust this method of voting or will big brother win out and force us to use this untrustworthy voting device

Me and my friends that live in the same pre-cinct. Live in all Republican pre-cinct in Michigan. Are their any laws about how long you can take to vote?? Me and my 10 Democratic friends plan on getting into the poll booths at 1 AM and staying their until the poll closes. I disagree with the way my pre-cinct votes it is ridiculous. We are putting an end to this. Go Granholm. If anybody has any laws, I can site that you are allowed to take is long as you feel neccessary to vote.

Can someone who is fully conversant with the UK Data Protection Act tell me whether I am correct in the following belief:

That if I inform a company or organisation that holds personal data about me that the data they hold is inaccurate, provide them with the correct information and ask them to change their data, that the Data Protection Act says they must do it.

Second, that if they fail to do it, continue to act upon the incorrect data and I suffer as a result, this is a breach of the Data Protection Act and I could prosecute them for this breach.

Or have I got it completely wrong?
