I signed agreement with an agent which can representive me to sign the tenancy agreement with a tenant when I hired the agent a few years ago and it is still my agent. We chatted about the renewal of tenancy agreement couples of months ago. The agent asked me that it was okay or not if the tenant asked for renewing the agreement. I replied that it seemed to be okay and let us talk again in due course. Recently, I found the renewal tenancy agreement was made when I received a statement from the agent. In fact, the agent didn't inform me or my family members by the way of telephone call or a letter that an agreement was going to renew. What can I do now then? Is the agent in breach of our agreement?

I'm sick and tired of people claiming to be 'British' whose agenda is to simply destroy everything that makes us what we are.

When convicted of acts designed to destroy the traditional Christian fabric of our society, should their 'citizenship' be removed.

On release should they be removed back to the country of their origen?

At least a good start? I don't like the U.N. either, but the fact that it didn't get worse is better than the alternative.

What do you think about it?

Would it be wrong to give everyone the complete known facts about all illegal drugs before either opening large compounds where those who wish to possibly become addicted and kill themselves could go or selling them taxed within stores?
Surely the population is adult enough to chose what to do? I may chose to drink or smoke but i have yet to rob any old people or a relative to fund my deadly habits.
Would giving those who choose to take "harder" drugs a place to go without prosecution be a negative thing?

Mexico Is Very Rich....But Why So Many Poor There??
Read an excerpt from THE WASHINGTON TIMES:

"Mexico has grown richer. Its $600 billion economy is now the world's ninth-largest. Trade volume has nearly tripled since the 1994 North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), placing Mexico ahead of Britain, South Korea and Spain as a trading power.

Mexico's state-run oil monopoly, Pemex, is one of the world's largest oil companies. Beaches from Los Cabos to Cancun draw 20 million tourists a year, making the country one of the world's 10 premier vacation destinations.

The paradox haunts Mexico: With so many advantages, why are so many of its people still so poor?""
