I don't see any evidence to support a state religion and quoting John Adams won't support arguements that we are a theocracy.
Government and religion are and ought to be two separate entities.

The only people claiming there is no separation of Church and state in the US are the ones that are trying to destroy any thing that supports right and wrong and passing judgment on peoples personal behavior.

The Puritans tried this and had witch hunts and witch burnings..It doesn't work and that is why the Constitution is set the way it is. I still believe in the wisdom and brilliance of our fore fathers despite the rewriting of the Bible by Neocons.

separation of church and state simply means: there is no state sponsored religion. period.

and there isnt. the libs and dems want you to think that because bush is a christan and prays and is not afraid to say it out loud, that that means there is a religion in politics. they will do anything for a vote, even make us godless.

i dont remember any complaints about good ol boy jimma carter when he was all christan in office. shouldnt hillary be made to remove her diamond studded crucifix? after all, she has a job in government....
