Sure - depending on

1. The country and what kind of a rep it had to start with

2. How much blood you have to spill to get it done

3. How good your new minister of information is at their job.

It rally all depends on what the people of the country want, remember that Africa is not what it looks like on the globe, that is just some lines drawn up after WWI by a bunch of colonial Europeans. tribes have been living there long before we came to this rock. For example say the Sudan, Many atrocities are committed ther annually there, by the government and there own people. Much of it has to do with the fact that Muslim Arabs from the north are forced to live with dark skinned Christians from the south. Just a few centuries ago these same people were selling each other into slavery, but now they've gone into open butchery and terrorist training. But should somebody try o overthrow it, they would all band together and everyone from surrounding countries would pour in and fight the invaders until they were gone...see a parallel with IRAQ.

Nope. Our troops are stretched thin (& getting thinner considering the # of deaths in Iraq) as it is with Afghanistan and Iraq. We certainly haven't won world acclaim for our preemptive war in Iraq; in fact, it turned many countries against us.

Besides, when would it end if we fought countries who have dictatorial leaders? Believe it or not, there are 8 leaders who are considered to be worse than Saddam (not by me).

I think our wars should be limited; striking back against those who have attacked us.

What, like Mark Thatcher and friends tried to do in Equatorial Guinea? All they wanted was to get their hands on its oil, not for any "noble cause"
