I'm sure there is an education office on base. I just got my husband to go to the on here because he is going to start college classes with the near by state university. The base will finance him. He goes to school and when he is done, that is when we start paying off the tuition, and with no intrest.

I hope this helped. you can e-mail me or IM me if you have more questions

is your spouse one of the five people E6 and up in a Qualifying MOS that has re-upped for 4 years in order for you to use his GI Bill? cuz otherwise, the Army does NOT pay for a spouses' education.

Seriously, the restrictions on a spouses being able to use the GI Bill are insane. the SM must be an E6, must re-up for at least 4 years, and must have a crititcal MOS.. of which there are about 5 that qualify.

You fill out the FAFSA and register just like any other prospective student.

there should be an education center on base that can direct you with the financial aid. I did not know that it paid for spouses as well. When I was in the AF it was only for the active duty, but that is great for you. Your school should have a financial aid office that may be able to help also. those two place are the first places to look. enjoy school.

I never heard of the army paying for family members educations. Ask is rear detachment unit, or some one in your FRG.
