The place where I rent movies has been calling me and telling me I have late fees when I haven't even rented any movies lately. Come to find out an ex-girlfriend who was never even on the account was renting movies on my account. Apparently the movie place wasn't checking who was on the account or anything but it must have been a big problem lately because they just started checking id's November 1st. My question is what my ex did illegal? Renting movies on someone else's account that you know your not on or is it just the movie places problem?

There are so many stories of hideous crimes, yet the punishments are a joke. It seems that there's a groundswell of support out there for reforms, we just need a place to get it organized and do something with all the information. I know the love i have in my heart for animals is very strong, as it obviously is for many of you. If we could do something positive with all that love for the animals & the venom we feel for those who harm them, we could make a real difference in the lives of atleast some of God's creatures.

I was watching something about the elections. An they said say if the House was 48 Dems. 2 Indep. An 50 Repub. i heard the Indep. vote for the Dems. Is that true? I thought they were independent. So they would vote; 48/2/50. Thanks for the input.

Some argue that anti-abortion laws are as wrong as anti-drinking laws. However, legalized abortion does not fit into the same category as legalized drinking. First of all, legalized drinking, does not necessarily involve a crime against another innocent person. Secondly, legalized drinking does not in itself take the life of another human being, but abortion does. So what argues against prohibition does not argue for abortion.

Let me get this straight, the same people who are typing away on keyboards, cruising the internet, downloading free music, withdrawing money on ATMs, filling out bubbles for their graduate school exams on ScanTron sheets are afraid of electronic voting machines and modernizing Social Security?

Sounds like politics to me. I want to see a principled liberal walk into a bank and demand to make a transaction on the paper ledger in the basement instead of the ATM.

The state that this incident occured was the state of Kansas. My associate has 2 felony charges pending right now. I can't state what exactly because of privacy reasons. Just know that the D.A. has writtin a deal which states that they will run both charges concurrent and will do 5 years. My associate has NO PRIORS. He's a college student and working. He is between 19 and 22 years old. He never missed any court dates so far. The next court date is for a plea bargin conference which is in December. Nobody has signed the agreement deal yet because my associate's lawyer is shooting for a better deal than 5 years. At the end of everything, can the judge over look the D.A.'s deal and hand down a better deal?.. my next question is, how many times can the D.A. alter the deal that has already been written but not signed?..Please give accurate feed back..I seriously will appreciate it.. Thank you

Gore won the popular vote in 2000. He has loosened up and become more popular with younger Americans and Barack Obama is brilliant and charismatic, I think it sounds good.

And why America will never tire of right-wing corruption?

Here is a short-list of morally outstanding Conservatives:

Republican Congressman Mark Foley abruptly resigned from Congress after "sexually explicit" emails surfaced showing him flirting with a 16-year old boy.

Republican executive Randall Casseday of the conservative Washington Times newspaper was arrested for soliciting sex from a 13-year old girl on the internet.

Republican chairman of the Oregon Christian Coalition Lou Beres confessed to molesting a 13-year old girl.

Republican County Constable Larry Dale Floyd was arrested on suspicion of soliciting sex with an 8-year old girl. Floyd has repeatedly won elections for Denton County, Texas, constable.

Republican judge Mark Pazuhanich pleaded no contest to fondling a 10-year old girl and was sentenced to 10 years probation.

Republican Party leader Bobby Stumbo was arrested for having sex with a 5-year old boy.

And then there is Mark Foley...

And why is self-loathing such an admirable quality supposedly in Western culture, especially if one is white and Christian.

Finally, when will you come to your senses that some can never be fully integrated, and in the process of your self-loathing, non reproducing and acceptance of all who multiply like rabbits, while hating on your culture and people, you will lose every freedom which was faught so hard for?

There are 300 million people in the USA so the share of this debt is near $30,000.00 for every man woman and child. If we owe it to a foreign Nation and they call for repayment we are in big trouble. The annual interest on this must be a goodly %age of our tax burden. Who is making money off us taxpayers?

Politicians aren't as different as they'd like you to believe. Lets' face it "to vote for one is to vote for another." "Nothing dramatic has ever happened because of an election."
