And why America will never tire of right-wing corruption?

Here is a short-list of morally outstanding Conservatives:

Republican Congressman Mark Foley abruptly resigned from Congress after "sexually explicit" emails surfaced showing him flirting with a 16-year old boy.

Republican executive Randall Casseday of the conservative Washington Times newspaper was arrested for soliciting sex from a 13-year old girl on the internet.

Republican chairman of the Oregon Christian Coalition Lou Beres confessed to molesting a 13-year old girl.

Republican County Constable Larry Dale Floyd was arrested on suspicion of soliciting sex with an 8-year old girl. Floyd has repeatedly won elections for Denton County, Texas, constable.

Republican judge Mark Pazuhanich pleaded no contest to fondling a 10-year old girl and was sentenced to 10 years probation.

Republican Party leader Bobby Stumbo was arrested for having sex with a 5-year old boy.

And then there is Mark Foley...

Taking the earlier poster's point that there aren't really any "leaders" in the Republican Party, there are indeed a few of Republicans who have publicly advocated violence against the United States government in some form or another. This is surely treasonous, especially when it comes not from any mere citizen, but from an elected official who has sworn an oath to uphold the Constitution. And even though it's anecdotal, even if an inordinately high percentage of people on the radical right flock to Yahoo! Answers, some of the things one sees in posts on here are very disturbing, and potentially very dangerous. That so many Americans have been weened off of critical thought and fed propaganda for long enough that they are receptive to such radical ideas will surely have to be addressed in our society as urgently and seriously as possible.

Umm.. Mark Foley twice??

As opposed to Democrats' morals and corruption? Neither party has any monopoly on moral righteousness. With a cast including Teddy Kennedy, Gerry Studds, Barney Frank, Marion Barry, anyone named Daley in Chicago, John F. Kennedy, LBJ (lying about Gulf of Tonkin for the Vietnam War), to name a few without doing any research...gosh, the old "glass houses" cliche comes to mind.

Repulicans are untrustworthy and there is always Mark Foley to restore that trust in all of us.

They sure seem to care so much for children.

Although I appreciate you exposing the hypocrisy, I hate to see anyone outside of the right-wing, neo-con spin doctors engaging in finger pointing. Democrats have to rise above this and show that we are for responsible, effective government that works for equality and justice for all Americans. Let's not sink to their level.

What a list by Botched Joke !! And that barely scratches the surface.

The difference is that when Rep's are accused of a crime they step down. When Dem's are accused they are promoted by their party and the biased media outlets. What a double standard we live in these days.

You would think that enormous list would quiet an ill-informed hate-monger like Jim W, but I doubt it. When you're ignorant by choice it's called "stuck on stupid."

As they say, "Liberalism is a mental disorder."

I could match and exceed your deviant list with DEMOCRAT NAMES!
Both parties have their share of immoral people.

We Republicans do not EMBRACE or CONDONE bad behavior as Democrats do.

I just TRY to be the best person I can be!

If us conservatives wanted to throw cr-ap around we could EASILY name more democrats than what you have listed here....starting with the last president, so I wouldn't go there if I were you.....When a republican gets caught doing something wrong, its all over the news, but a democrat gets caught and nobody blinks an eye. That is because it is common place and expected from them.....not to mention the liberal mainstream media.
