Never in our current governmental form. Because even if the Supreme Court reverses Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey, it will still be up to the states to decide (there won't be a federal abortion ban), and the "blue" states will allow abortion and the "red" states won't. And there will be regulation about going across state lines to get an abortion, but it will be violated and life will go on.

Abortion like any other form of killing, it can be banned but will always be taking place.
Its LIFE what we are talking about and the only way you should be allowed to exterminate/kill is when you can create it or give it and so far GOD is the only one that can give life.
You can give a body but you'll still need GOD for the life part.
