Today is voting day and I am part of a group that is doing exit polling for a study of voting trends, etc. and we mainly have questions of demographics and not of who they voted for. Do you have any experience or tips for me to get people to actually take this survey? It takes about 3 minutes.

I had a scary thought… was wondering if the corporations or individuals that are making these machines have contribute to political parties. It frightens me when the polls before the elections suggest the candidate that will win and at the end these predictions are wrong.

It also creeps me out when those who are loosing seem very reassured that they will win… and for the past elections… well, they did!. Can some please give me a peace of mind?

A very concerned voter!!!

I recently saw a most informative documentary about an ambassador of afghanistan, in it there was a scene where he was visiting america and involved everybody in a song entitled 'Throw the Jew down the well, so my country can be free' Surely in these civilised times there has to be another way??

Now, out on bail I went to my father's house to find that she moved to the same town!!! This lady is not a t all trust worthy so If I file a restraining order she'll find out where I am... Should I do it?? Would I get in trouble??

As a manufacturer of Astro-Glide personal lubricant I'm worried that the mass exodus of republican politicians may throw my company into bankruptcy. The product is currently supplied to them at no cost; will continued benefits still provide for them after leaving public office?

OK I recently had a high priced comic I mailed out destroied in the mail. The buyer turned it in for the insurance claim through the post office and now the post office that took it is trying to refuse the claim. And they told me I may be under investigation for mail fraud. They are saying that the box it was sent in shows no signs of water damage yet the comic itself was soaked. I have recieved a photo of the box from the buyer and you can clearly see the bottom is warped and damaged see: http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y295/Warrior11219/ShowLetter.jpg Now is there anything else I can do to get an investigation into the post office conducted to get the insurance I paid for on the comic? Or am I just out the $350?

Today is election day and I decided not to vote because I don't agree with either candidate. I feel like I would be voting for the lesser of two evils and I don't want to do that. I want to be able to back my candidate completely. Does anbody feel the same way? Do you vote anyway? If yes, why?

I own a Lexus RX330. I took my car to the service dept. for oil change. They told me to come back in 2 hours. When I went back to dealer after 2 hours, they said my car isn't ready. I waited 1 hour and they told me my car was taken by other customers as loaner car! They were returned after 2 hours, but the dealer wouldn't apologize. I contacted Lexus headquarters, and the department specialist says that they cannot force dealer to apologize to me.
What legal actions may I take to get the apology from dealer and emotional distress?
