Most likely they are in the hands of Iraqi police or soldiers. All we know is that the Iraqi record keeping was poor. This does not necessarily mean that the weapons are in the hands of terrorists.

there is definately a DEFECT in the iraqi government that needs to be taken care of soon because this kind of thing cannot continue. if the missing 14,000 weapons are in the terrorists hands then they are pretty much equal in high tech fire power than we are... but then again, these guys might try to sell the weapons to the highest bidder.... its anyones guess...
its ironic, we went in trying to find weapons of mass destruction but now we can't even find OUR own wepons.....
there are definately defects in the iraqi government who are working with the terrorists

It is 14,000 undocumented distributed weapons. They might be in the hands of our soldiers, or in the hands of the insurgent or terrorists. The point is that they aren't documented and there is little or no way to change that.

uh,, Haliburton sent the pictures, got the 1.6 Billion, but the weapons, tanks and trucks never showed up,, they could be held in an undisclosed location

I DONT THINK THAT MANY PEOPLE KNOW WHERE THEY ARE OR IF THEY WOULD EVEN KNOW THAT THEY ARE THE MISSING WEPONS THAT THEY ARE IN POSSESSION OF. ITS ALL SPECULATION. MY NOSE SMELLS SOMETHING FUNNY, MY SPECULATION IS THAT THEY COULD BE ON THE BLACK MARKET NOW BEING SOLD SOMEWHERE IN SOUTH AMERICA OR AFRICA BY NOW. THEN AGAIN, MAYBE IT WAS JUST A PAPER ERROR? :)
