As long as you are registered, all you need is a government issued photo ID - like a driver's license or state ID - and you can vote.
I haven't seen my voter's registration card in years, and I vote in every election.

My wife went in today and didn't have her voter registration card but they didn't ask her for it. They just asked her for a picture ID and checked to make sure her name was on the list for that voting district. It was, so they let her vote. See? No problem.

Depending on where you are, you may be able to bring alternate forms of ID if you are already on the voter rolls. Contact the department that's handling the elections and ask them for details.

You dont need the card they sent you in the mail a week or so ago, you just need a photo id like a drivers license or passport that has a signature on it.

Your name will be on the books. Most places don't even ask for your id.

depends on your state laws. In Illinois, I lost my card, but my DL served as an id.

Most of the time you just need your photo id (drivers license).
