We all know that the people currently in power are corrupt and have been screwing us since day one. Why do you continue to vote along party lines with the excuse that if you dont you just throw your vote away. We always have to Choose between the lessor of 2 evils, Are you people not sick of being lied to and manipulated?

I am looking for a resource that will allow me to look at how political candidates running for office REALLY feel about various important topics today. A resource that is truly nonpartisan, and which gives detailed information about the candidate, specifically how they have voted on various laws and legislative topics, as well as affiliations with corporations or other candidates.

Any help would be appreciated. Wishful thinking I know!

It's ALL fact now!!! That you NEOCONS used a radio-transmitter to change the words in the Kerry speech ( the tele-prompter he was reading from) that he gave in regards to people in the military being uneducated!!! Iowa A Democratic Congressional candidate from Iowa is canceling a campaign event later this week with Senator John Kerry.

Brucy Braley says Kerry's recent comments about the Iraq war were inappropriate.

Braley is running against Republican Mike Whalen in Iowa's First District congressional race. It's a contest considered to be one of the most competitive House races in the country.

Braley's decision to distance himself from Kerry came as a furor grew from comments Kerry made about the Iraq War during a campaign stop in California on Monday.

That way they can:
-Over Spend
-Raise Taxes
-Give citizenship to millions of illegal aliens
-Ruin our efforts in Iraq (although I admit it's pretty botched at this point anyway)

I'd like to see exactly how the Democrats are going to fix things, considering all they have done for 6 years is to criticize and not come up with any real answers. Maybe people will look back and reflect that maybe things were not as bad.

I want the Democrats to gain office and ruin the country. Then maybe everybody will figure it out.

P.S. This Republican congress is pretty crappy too. But all the Democrats talk about is "regaining power", but I haven't heard any stances on any issue.

Kerry made a stupid comment, and he should apologize. HOWEVER no soldiers died for that comment being made. Shouldn't Bush apologize for the 3000 deaths of our soldiers, while joking that he can't find the WMD that led us into Iraq.

On June 27, 2002, BILL 69 was passed in Ontario, called "Prohibiting Profiting from Recounting Crimes Act, 2002". It basicly says no inmate can publish a book. Nor can his family, spouse, friend etc. Any publisher who does so, is supposed to give the proceeds from sales to the Ontario government. This silences inmates, not just while they're inside, but also when they get out! It is an infringement on freedom of speech. It is also an infringement on freedom of the PRESS. It also tells me and thee what we're ALLOWED to read. Think of the books that wouldn't get published! Let's start with (Nobel Prizewinner for Literature!) If it is an ILLEGAL war, as some say, then why isn't anybody leading the charge to get him impeached? Are all the congresspersons all talk and no game? Ok my parents are US residents,ive never been illegal in the US cuz i came as a turist in that "turist" time my dad (i dont know how to say this) send the papers and everything so i can become a resident too, About 1 year and 3 months ago they(goverment or immigration or the ppl that do that) send me a letter saying that my residence was approve and that now i just will have to wait 990 days to get my green card

My question is after that 990 days im gonna get my green card (wish i think i am but some1 told my mom that im just gonna get an id and work permission,cuz the letter says that after the 990 i could get in adjust? i dont know what that means?) obviously i can't travel cuz i wont be able to get in the US again, so can u tell me if after that time im gonna get my green card & travel? or an "adjusment" and what is that mean??

(PS. im not married, my dad did that when i was 17, and ive never been illegal so they wont punish me)

I dont need the gov't or a 'god' to tell me its just plain wrong to kill your child and 'choice' ends when you open your legs. If you don't want the child, u go to an agency and after you give birth you never have to see it again but your mental if you kill a child because its an inconveinence for 3/4 of a year(3/4 of a yr for 80yrs for someone else to live).

If it was due to a rape(which only happens 1% of the time so don't bother using that as an excuse in your arguement.) you do as i said the above. It's also illegal for some one to fire you or take away any kind of school money if your pregnant. Your body only produces a child if it's able to bare it, so no i dont feel sorry for the 14-16 year olds getting pregnant (you dont need a high school degree to know that if you have sex you'll get pregnant). A female body was made to bare children if you don't want them close your legs.

P.S. I have no problem paying more taxes so that a single woman can get welfare for her LIVING child
