Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992
This act places a duty on employers and the self-employed to assess risks to heath and safety from their business. This includes any risks from seating. The person or employer must also identify what measures are needed to comply with health and safety requirements and make suitable arrangements to manage these measures effectively.
