We have the resources.. I mean, we hear so much about China, India, Japan, South Africa, Russia..can Brazil compete?

That's interesting. I think that they can. I think that brazil is one of those "quiet" countries that will eventually emerge as the next world leader. And I believe that they will do it without power or might but with their wisdom that they obtain from watching the rest of the world screw up in form or another.

We have heard that China will be super power by 2025. But we have not heard that about Brazil.

But any state can become a Super power. Brazil is a big country with a big population. It can become a superpower provided the leadership is sincere, capable and honest, and the people must follow their leaders and help them with doing a hard work, be honest and eliminate corruption.

Once Brazil attained the position of superpower, it can retain that for years provided they don't poke their nose into the affairs of others. They must learn from USA and must not commit the mistakes USA is doing.
