The other day I was looking out of my bedroom window when I noticed that my neighbours bird table was attracting lots of different species including my personal favourite, the Blue Tit. As a keen twitcher I got very excited and reached for my camera and started taking snaps, then it dawned on me that I might be in breach of the new privacy laws that labour have brought in, can anyone clarify this for me, thanks.

im 17 year old and i live in fl and last week i was dancing with a girl, we kissed and she didnt have a problem with that so i started touchin her on her private parts and she didn say anything 5 minutes layer i see this big security guy takin me outside of the club and turned me in with the police i was arrested and i spent 2 days i a detention center and they sent me home because i only scored 12 point and because i told the truth, i have court next thursday and i dont know whats going to happend to me this is the first time that i get arrested and im affraid to go to jail please write bak as soon as possible thanx

There is an ongoing investigation going on where I live. One (R) candidate was supposed to have sent notices out to illegal immigrants, threatening that if they voted, they will be put in jail. Now he, and his office are in trouble.
My question is: if illegal immigrants are not allowed to vote, why did he have to send this message in the first place.
I always thought you had to be a US citizen to vote.
If they are allowed to "vote"; how are, our citizens supposed to get any rights.
What is the matter with our 'Government".

Okay here's my story, I'm 15 and living in a place where what I want to be isn't exactly encouraged (a writer for science/political fiction). So last year (when I was 14) I asked my dad if he would let me study out side of the country for the rest of my highschool career. This year he finally agreed and is willing to pay for a small apartment anywhere in the world and to send me money yada yada... and so forth. Though I know in most places there are certain laws about minors living alone or "un-supervised." I really want this chance to take charge of my life (i'm a career driven person) and I want to be able to get a chance at a real dream. So its already established that where I currently am will not help. Are there any ways I can be able to take this chance in anyplace in the world?
I'd really appreciate an answer,

I understand how money is Speech and How the High Court upheld lying as Free Speech. I'm thinking that TV networks changing live video feed editing the language to meet the needs of a political agenda is a strech of first amendment rights.

Yesterday someone answered my question by using "M-word". Saying that the word Mexican has become almost a racial slur, so people should us the M word instead of Mexican. Who else thinks the word Mexican is a racial slur? I think that if someone was born in Mexico than they are Mexican right?! Just like if your born in America your an American or in China your Chinese right!! So whats the deal with someone thinking it's racist? Who else thinks the whole thing is insane?
