The other day I was looking out of my bedroom window when I noticed that my neighbours bird table was attracting lots of different species including my personal favourite, the Blue Tit. As a keen twitcher I got very excited and reached for my camera and started taking snaps, then it dawned on me that I might be in breach of the new privacy laws that labour have brought in, can anyone clarify this for me, thanks.

I`m afraid that you are in breach of labours privacy laws unless you have written permission from your neighbour and that permission has been witnessed and verified by a solicitor.
Rember also that before photographing any species of bird you will need a permit from the RSPB.

If you're photographing birds of the feathered variety that's fine, but if you want to photograph ladies, you have to get their permission, or you could end up in trouble.

As long as the tit.s are seen in public, it is legal to snap a pic.
