wrongdoing. What do you learn? That the Republican Party is the lesser of two evils, the greater of two or the equal evil?

They are not evil, just different forms of our government. On the broad range of the entire political spectrum that makes up all governments of the world, past and present, Democrat and Republican are actually very similar. Its the individuals that represent these parties that can sour their names. However, I do agree with you that all this name calling and partisain bickering such as "culture of corruption" and the like brings us no were and hinders the political process. Very good question.

The democraps and repukelicans are mirror images of each other. To put it in a funny, but offensive way: democraps will offer lube before reaming you.....and most will give a reacharound. Repukelicans, however, prefer a "dry" ream, and will take your money after reaming you. Both parties have unclean hands and are used as a distraction from the reality that the USG has its own agenda, and only the rich, elite and influential are included. Good and evil are relative terms, which can be substituted for each other, depending on your point of view. A dual party system is flawed, as it boils down to the choice of "the lesser of two evils", when in fact, it is no choice at all.

Not necesseraly, when a list is provided by an outside entity it is quickly dismissed. Example, if Iran provided America with a laundry list of our wrong doings, would we heed to them or dismiss them. No lesser of two evils here in reality, it is all personal gain from both parties. I do not see why Republicans feel they are Sin free, and Democrats feel they are untouchable.

you learn that the democrats saying they are going to challenge the republicans on the basis of a culture of corruption is a steaming pile. but we know how the dem/libs operate. everything they do doesnt count. they live in some fantasy world and believe everything they say. just like this morning that journalist person stating today that bush stumped for an adulterer. holy vaca, but it was ok to have the president of the united states to be a serial adulterer? what the hell is wrong with them?

it is mind numbing what idiots the libs are and even worse, the pathetic people who believe their tripe...

I find that republicans are desperate by dredging up ancient history and portraying it as if it happened yesterday and that Dem's long since retired where currently in the congress. The public much to the repubs chagrin aren't buying they did it to defense. That sort of excuse is for the playground not adults.

That Democrats are hypocrites for insinuating the Republicans have a culture of corruption.

Just like they are hypocrites for crying that Diebold "rigged" the 2004 elections when over 128,000 dead voters cast their ballot for the Democrats throughout the country.

The Democrats cry foul when they think the Republicans are guilty of doing the same thing the Democrats have institutionalized into their culture.

They are both equally corrupt! One is not better than the other as far as corruption is concerned.

You learn that there is no "Republican culture of corruption" there is a "political culture of corruption". We also learn that the Dems like to throw rocks in a glass house, but of course, that's true of everyone.

Is ancient history Reids 1.5 million dollar profit on land he did not own ancient history. You certainly back up the questioners point; both side toss out accusations of corruption when both sides have corrupt members. Your attempt to defend them highlights the hypocrisy.
