"cheap labor" is a lie. Take, for example, an illegal alien with a wife and five children. He takes a job for $7.00 or $8.00/hour. At that wage, with six dependents, he pays no income tax, yet at the end of the year, if he files an Income Tax Return, he gets an "earned income credit" of up to $3,200 FREE money!
He will also qualify for, Section 8 housing and subsidized rent, food stamps, and free (no deductible, no co-pay) health care .His children get free breakfasts and lunches at school. He requires bilingual teachers and books .
He qualifies for relief from high energy bills.
If they are or become, aged, blind or disabled, they qualify for SSI.Once qualified for SSI they can qualify for Medicare. All of this is at the taxpayer's expense.
He doesn't worry about car insurance, life insurance, or homeowners insurance. Taxpayers provide Spanish language signs, bulletins and printed materials.
This family receives the equivalent of $25-$30/hr just in benefits paid by you.

There's a debate in Finland, and I'm sure in other countries, whether or not it is legal to deport anyone to the USA.

The constition of Finland prevents anyone from being deported into a country where they might be subject to human rights abuses, and USA has clearly announced that they will torture (it is torture at least in the liberal Finnish interpretation) anyone they suspect of terrorism.

This means, that everyone ranging from normal immigrants from USA to Terrorists plotting against the USA cannot be forcibly moved to the USA for trial or otherwise. It will also affect custody cases where one of the parent lives in USA.

Where to draw the line? Is this hairsplitting? What SHOULD be the policy in Your opinion?

in the city of manchester, you can carry a sign on the street saying that non-muslims should be killed. but because of a new law, it is a crime to accuse someone of not speaking english, even if they dont? one girl was actually questioned by police, because her teacher placed her into a groups of asian students who really didnt speak english. she requested to be relocated because she couldnt understand what they were saying. they accused her of racism.
Is this what America will be like with the anti-White, anti-English, anti-Americans of the democratic party? just look at the U of Cali Berkeley campus issues. heres the link to the article http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/news/s/225/225346_schoolgirl_questioned_over_racist_remark.html

I've been doing some calculating and I've noticed something about the SC Justices of the last 70 years. I took those 70 years and divided them into two equal parts of 35 years each. I calculated how many years of service on the Court for all members who retired or died in office during the period of 7/1/1936 to 7/1/1971 and then I did the same for the period of 7/1/1971 to 7/1/2006.

During the 1936-1971 period, a total of 23 people retired/died and their average length of service was a little over 13 years.

During the 1971-2006 period, the number of people who retired/died was only 12 and their average length of service was 26 years -- almost exactly twice as much.

Lately SC Justices have been staying on the Court for twice as long as they formerly did. They are now staying for as long as 6 1/2 presidential terms.

What's up? Why do they stay longer?

2 semesters ago I had a professor who said hes active in the Democratic party and always voted Democrat but once he voted for a Republican only because the Republican is black who won and turned out to be pretty corrupt in the end. So is he racist to base his vote purely on the fact that the guy running is black?
