No problem. This works 99.9% of the time: get yourself appointed as a diplomatic agent (third secretary, or attaché or vice consul or something) of your country, and come to the USA with the best kind of visa there is: an A visa.
There's no waiting and best of all you get diplomatic (or consular) exemption (usually including sales tax exemption) too!

Regardless, you can always beat the system by becoming an S.S. agent (no, nothing to do with WWII, but I mean Secret Services), or a double agent, or a triple agent. The CIA is hiring. Go to www.monster.com and apply!
Otherwise you are just another John Smith, Jose Lopez, Jimmy Cheng, Franco Rossi, or whatever....
And lastly, you should try to find sex in your own country. Once you're both in the US, where will love go???? ...and sh'e ll most likely dump you! Auch!!!

Get YOUR passport, get on a plane, come on over holla at your girl, then get on back and take your problems with you, since your not trying to come over here to better yourself perhaps to start trouble, you can go on back PRONTO we have enough mess going on over here.

You can't just shop up here. From most countries you need a visa and that is almost impossible to get. But if she likes you , she can invite you to the US.
