You would hire an attorney and sue them.

But if they had a valid search warrant, 3 to 5 min to contain a situation and make it secure before allowing you to move around or be distracted would not be normally unreasonable.

In prison people are striped searched all the time, no privacy to use the bathroom or anything, so I don't see any valid suit but you can try.

Go to the civil court house in your town and file the suit pro se.

They will have to assist you, you don't have to have an attorney if you're suing him personally. If you want to sue the department for his behavior then you probably would be better off with an attorney.

However police in this country are always violating our rights and continue to get away with it. Look what happen to Rodney.

Win or lose you will have made your point and perhaps make it better for his next victim, the pervert.

Good luck - get em'

Start filing a grievance. Go to the police station, fill the form, and swear your statement.

Visit the ACLU's website, you may find that he violated more rights that you originally though.

If anyone else saw it, add it to your statement. But I tell you now, the chief does not want to lose his job, and the mayor does not want a lawsuit. Internal Affairs will find your complaint baseless.

Don't let that stop you! You need a statement in the pig's personnel file, and a case for your legislators.

Good luck
