thats whats wrong with racial profileling when they pull over a hispanic they think he's an immigrant, when theypull over a black they think they stole the car most of the times cops give minorities a hard time

As a cop in a major city, when i patrol a section that is mostly back (90% or more) it's hard not to pull over anyone else but that particular race. Sorry to say that a purple driver will be coming by at that place and/or time of the crime or driving violation

Educate yourself. The only reason it appears that way is because that is the way the media pertrays it.Im sure that their are just as many whites getting LAPD out there too. Every race acts like they are the only ones that have had bad things happen to them. Get over it. Try being a cop and then answer your own question. They put their lives on the line everyday for all Races of people.

I'd say it's probably because the minority starts cussing and screaming profiling and racial discrimination more than whites do. And the cops don't like being cussed and screamed at.
Be glad they don't do the same stuff the Guardia Civil does in Spain. When they say "halto" you had better stop NOW. You keep running from them and they shoot. No warning shot-- They aim for center mass. You start cussing one of those boys and they make the LAPD look like choir boys.

Why is everything racial with you people, have you ever stopped to think. a black cop pulls over a black and it is fine, a white cop pulls over a black and he is a racist. GET OVER IT! Normally the so called police officers who go LAPD style is because those Law enforcement offiers are criminals themselves.
Racial Profiling is the most ignorant unacceptable display of the abuse of the badge that we see.
To the person who in favour of racial profiling I can only hope and wish that you have the very experience that you are so accepting of in racial profilling. May the roles be reversed.

People always say that but the funny thing is it is even when a black guy gets pulled over by a black cop. Anytime somebody gets pulled over they think it is because of racial reasons. Get over it people!

Stats definately don't lie...but MOST police officers will treat you with respect until you are disrepectful, regardless of the cause for the stop. The problem is that your mindset of the police profiling, not the police officers motive.
Maybe you should ask your Mexican Policia why they are so harsh to their own and tourists.....you should be priveleged to have such professionalism in American Law Enforcement!

I'm black, my brother's black, we've gotten stop before, we sure didn't get no LAPD style, maybe minorities need to pay attention school and learn their civil rights.

Cops get out of control. However, I am all in favor of racial profiling and most times they deserve the abuse because the person doesn't do as they are told by the police.

First no they don't and normally people get treated in a manner relating to how they repond when the police stop them.
If someone starts taking trash like in your question, the stop will go down hill fast,
