I think US is making such an estimation to tell the world that the situation is not critical and US is right to follow the b.a.stard Eu and Russia + China in letting mullahs of Iran do whatever they want. Deadline after deadline, hollow warnings followed by flirting with mullahs and begging them to stop making nukes. Aren't all these clear signs to prove that US is submitting to EU+ Russia + China's will to help Iran's mullahs achieve their nuclear bomb?

House bill HR 5295 made it out of committee and passed, and is now going to the Senate for review. This bill allows education officals and local police to just randomly search, all the way to a strip search, any student they want to, any time, based on suspicion only, basically whenever they feel like it and say the magic words.

-He announces a bounty. $500 cash for each and every pit bull killed in his town, paid anonymously to whomever provides proof - a body or photos/video- to show they've killed a pitbull. No questions asked. The townsfolk are outraged, the media gets involved, and the cry goes out :'Can no one stop this horror!?'.
Reporters demand answers from the City Prosecutor's office. Finally the State's Attorney announces that based on a thorough analysis of the facts: [YOUR turn]

The French Secret Service has reported that he is dead, typhoid apparently. Or is this a ploy to flush him out, (apparently OB had threatened France too) to get him to do a "Here I am" video. OB or not, terror will go on and he will be in heaven, a martyre. George will have to suck his thumb if it is true as he vowed to get him. Oh well!

education is the key----sure some break thorough, but the system keeps white schools wealthy and minorities get the scraps---you cannot debate this.

ever hear of a wealthy minority school?..if it gets money, its through grants and extra federal monies, but its the exception.

Taking a step from here to there is a sacrafice. It is the exertion of energy. I feel that the populace is not being called upon by the government to help with our many national problems. There seems to be no "there" spoken of. We are strictly stuck "here". That's the way I feel. What about you?

Why? It's rediculous. I, personally, read every response a person makes BEFORE i give it a thumbs down or thumbs up. Even if you are a Republican (I am a Democrat) and you make a decent arguement to support your side...i will not give you a thumbs down because i respect opinions that follow two guidelines:
As long as they don't distort the truth.
As long as they don't post an immature question or response.
I believe everyone should follow my example. What do you think?

America has unemployment, America has training programs, America has universities and colleges, Let's educate,& train American citizens then we can wipe out unemployment and will not require a "guest worker " program. Let's put Americans to work! Once the jobs are filled by Americans, The criminal trespassers will not have any incentive to show up.

Some one says that things happened differently than is reported in the papers or the TV news.
Immediately many powerful men who would have been involved in the incident, or the reporting, call the person with a different view "Weird, extreme, unpatriotic, a wacko, etc."
Then we are immediately supposed to discredit that person, no matter what their credentials, story, or proof, or our own suspicions...
Because if we believe them we would be "Weird, extreme, unpatriotic, wackos, etc."
Do I have that right (or left, maybe?)
Is that the way to be a good American?
