As a Mexican man I can tell you that most of us do think this way, especially us Mexicans that are of mostly Indian descent. It all roots back to Spanish colonization. The Spaniards came, raped the woman, and treated them as non-equals. As a result of this women in Mexico are treated just like the Spaniards treated them. You can tell even in Mexican slang. The word "padre" has generally good meanings like "Está muy padre" (it's very cool). The word "madre" has a bad meaning like "Me vale madre" (I don't give a s***). I hope this answers your question about why many of us are macho however as all races go you can't put a label on someone based on their culture because they can be very different. Hope this helps

I highly doubt anyone is going to take over America. And if Mexicans did, I would move because there are reasons why people don't want to live in Mexico, otherwise they wouldn't be coming here.
