that what we say can be used against us in a court of law, after we are given our Miranda rights.. If the right to exercise a freedom is punishable by incarceration, wouldn't the government be punishing us for exercising our right to free speech. (We can't yell fire in a crowded movie. That's a given.)

Where, in the Constitution, does it limit our right to free speech.

Mass media and disinformation or "shifted" information is a key... above alll for a war

I'd like to get your point of view on :
1/ Are we getting manipulated by mass media?
2/ What are the counter powers?

Okay, here's the deal... I had a c-section when my son was born. Sometime later I developed a mass in my abdomen near the scar and it's incredibly painful! I finally received a "diagnosis" and the doctor is quite confident that it is an endometrioma and it's there because the doctor that delivered my son, sewed my part of my uterus into the lining of my stomach muscle when he was "closing" me up. (I still have to have corrective surgery to confirm the diagnosis.) If, in fact, this is what happened, I am going to proceed with a malpractice suit. Any ideas as to what is involved, how long it takes, is it worth it, and how much might I expect to get?

Mr. Clinton claimed that he tried to kill Bin Laden in an interview with Chris Wallace and is attempting to write history again. Now I have never blamed Mr. Clinton for 911, but for him to claim he tried to kill Bin Laden, but never got the chance stands in stark opposition to the facts. Mr. Clinton was offered Bin Laden on a silver platter by the Sudanese government but refused the offer. Mr. Clinton claims this never happened also, but I am providing a link to a tape where in his own words he tries to explain why he refused. We are constantly slammed by liberals with claims of Mr. Bush lied. Will they take their own patron saint to task for the same type of behavoir, or will they tow the partisan line, and give him a pass? The real question is are you offended by this latest tactic to write history, by someone who has been a known liar in the past? My money is on total hypocrisy from the left!

I was driving downtown (small town in the desert) and a man stepped out in front of me, I had to slam on my brakes to avoid from hitting this man. After I realized who he was, BOY !was I mad that I didn't hit him! I would have been 'instantly' famous and very very rich, if I had, and a hero in many peoples eyes. Who do you think this man is that I am talking about? And do you believe this really happened?
