She said that they got mad when she was complaining about them cashing illegal aliens paychecks including the ones with no id's. She reported them to INS and they said they couldn't do anything and she needed to call the police. They didn't even have an investigation or anytthing. Isn't this B.S.?

They should always check ID's of people wanting to cash paychecks. She needs to call the police, also they cannot fire her for complaining about illegal business practices. If they do, this is something called,"wrongful termination," if she has enough evidence she could file a lawsuit to recover lost wages.

Tell her to collect whatever evidence she has and get in touch with the national press. They love that sort of thing. A word of warning though. Many casinos have criminal connections. This one obviously breaks the law. Tell her to ask the paper not to mention her name but conduct their own undercover investigation. She should also complain to the police due to their inaction to the highest authority she can and ask for a written statement if they will not investigate explaining why. This could also be passed to the Press.

the best way to have any agency of the local state or Federal government is to write a leetter detailing the problem at the bottom mention this copies to the agency you are writing .
copies to local new papers.
and one copy to the higher authorities then the one you are writing to, no agency head wants to be questioned about the inactivity he may have not taken and subject himself to be called on the carpert
