I have to do a debate in U.S. History on Monday from the federalist point of view (which I'm soooo against) regarding the addition of a Bill of Rights to the Constitution. I have a couple sources, but I need some stronger points...

I work for a Car dealer , we get pay on comission and work 8 hours a day and on saturday a month.
Recently we were told that we will be working 9 hours a day and every other saturdady, no pay increase.
We were told that since we were paid on comission it is legal for the owners to do so.
Is this true in California?

It seems that any type of object if it were even meant to cause harm is initially identified as a criminal activity with a weapon for intent.

Can eventually "sneezing" and causing someone else to catch it become a crime?

Is the justice system getting better or finding new ways to incriminate and take ordinary peole's money and lives.

Do you have ideas if this should be stopped?

If the answer is no...then how come they fail to realize the factual statements that show the imcompetence of the President?
How come they believe that 100% of what nearly all news channels and internet articles say is false? How come they continue to justify his "do ANYTHING to get the job done" personality? Why? How come they whine about liberals whining, when most liberals are trying to inform closed-minded people? I am an animal lover and hate the thought that halal meat is being used in alot of schools throughout the UK. Although i am also a meat eater i hate to think that the animal that died to feed me has gone through so much pain.
