first go to your administrative office or personal and ask them a review of your dd-214. if this does not work try making an appointment with your local congressman or woman or got to you united states senator and see if they could possibly help out.

You will need to submit a request to the Department of Defense Military Review Board. Depending on why you left military service.... they may not upgrade your re-enlistment eligibility code..... usually they don't.

Active duty, talk to your personnel office. Reserve, talk to your personnel office.Inactive, talk to a recruiter.
