His name was still George Walker Bush in 1975. Been the same name he has had since he was born. He hasnt changed it.
Now if you are asking WHO WAS PRESIDENT IN 1975? Then the answer is Gerald R. Ford. Interesting side note is that wasnt Ford's birth name. So my answer above would not apply to the last decent Republican president this country has seen. (He was born Leslie King and was adopted by his step-dad)
