Iran needs to have electricity but why do they not let their facilities be inspected if they have nothing to hide? Fair is fair, Is everyone going to look the other way while Iran intimidates more countries with their oil prices. No respect for Iran. They do nothing to contribute to the economy of Iran and their citizens.

The Dems are up in arms about the ABC movie about 9/11. Saying that ABC should pull it off the air or edit it to make it more friendly to the people involved. Isn't that censorship. I don't recall President Bush telling anyone to edit or destroy farenheit 911. And that movie was a "so-called" documentary. Are the politicians finally seeing what a farse hollywood really is? And why is it that the democrats feel they have a right to censor anything. We are in the U.S.A.. Ever hear of "FREE SPEECH"

Why has the porn industry grown at exponential speed for the past severeal decades or so? It is astonishing considering we still live in a society where porn is taboo and considered "bad" or "perverted."
But I have to assume there is substantial demand for porn products for the industry to be that big. I am sure the Internet contributed to the growth of the adult industry, too.
Why do you think the porn industry is $ billion, enormously profitable business? Do you believe there should be a curb on controlling the growth of the porn industry by the federal gov.?

3 - made his money in the most raw and unfettered region of capitalism - currency speculation (two side-effects of his very successful speculations were the 1992 downward revaluation of the British Pound and the Asian Financial Crisis of 1997-1999, the latter of which caused terrible hardship for tens of millions of poor people)
4 - uses VERY LARGE amounts of his money to influence the most important political races in the US (in exclusive favor of left-wingers, for those of you who haven't been paying attention)
5 - is an immigrant to the US.

I'm curious about the feelings of old school conservatives with the neo-conservative administration and it's policies.

Not being conservative, it's difficult for me to look at without my liberal bias. But it seems there isn't much that can sincerely be called "conservative" anymore, with the exception of religion.

The fiscal policies fly in the face of fiscal responsibility.

People, or atleast those who think Americans are by default better than anyone else in the world, seem to have made 9/11 as important to their nationalist views as Christmas is to Christians. It is the day we Americans are told that freedom and peace come at a price. As this is said, our freedoms are withering away, and peace is promised at the beginning of each war, only to cause more wars and hence, no peace. September 11th was not an attack on our supposedly great way of life, other nations lead more or less the same lives but without attack from terrorists. People from Sweden, Brazil and South Korea lead the same lifestyles as Americans but they were not attacked by terrorists. Why? Perhaps because they don't attack other nations when it seems convenient? Nor do they strive to do so. The USA, on the other hand, spends more money on weapons of war than all other nations combined and at the same time does the most to interfere with the affairs of others. September 11 was the result.
