The government ignoring them this long should help their chances. If the govenrment had been on the ball from the very start, a lot of these illegals wouldn't have been here so long. Far as I am concern, they shouldn't be here anyway. Send them home.

Um, amnesty by itself is not what I would favor. Amnesty PLUS personal accountability with regards to moving toward citizenship is what I favor. That way, everyone can get their own social security number and be prosecuted for breaking laws (for those who are involved in criminal behavior), but also protect those who are sincerely just here to work and live a better life from being deported.

If you are in USA, my strongest argument would have to be.... that this county was built by immigrants. That has been our tradition. In the beginning no one was 'from here' except the Indians. Everyone came from all over the world. Why should it change now. God help us stupid Americans if we ever become refugees.
Sorry, I didn't address amnesty. Letting criminals live here in USA, no send them back. There is no argument.

There are no arguments that make sense .Just the same old tired rhetoric as always .No to blanket amnesty,no reward for being a criminal for 5years or more.No to all illegal immigrants from any country.

If they want to become permanent residents they have to go through dozens of stupid time-wasting and expensive steps and any misstep can get them deported. That's what they get for following the law.
Meanwhile, illegals who don't follow the law get an amnesty? What does that say to those who are trying to follow the law?
I don't like the current system, and I favor greatly expanding the number of legal immigrants and making it easier for them to stay here--but not at the expense of those who tried to follow the law at great cost and inconvenience to themselves.
So you see, relevant, I'm not opposed to immigration or immigrants, but to illegal immigration--and making it retroactively legal is just flagrantly unfair.
My opion and that of my family.

they do no longer deserve something..they arrive over right here with a VISA and over stay, in no way pass lower back to Mexico. they permit them to get a a million day pass and additionally you be responsive to they are going to in no way pass lower back. Our authorities is allowing them to try this, making a wall isn't something, all they could desire to do is get a visa or an afternoon pass and that they are in. Thousand's of them come to the U. S. established. I quite have seen how they do it, no person stops them. They already get each and every little thing in the U. S., they are able to get an abode/apt devoid of credit assessments, have 17 human beings or greater stay in a 1bdrm apt. They get autos and not utilising a US license and insurance. They get all of our jobs and paid in money, The police won't touch them cuz they are unlawful. the single's that come right here with a VISA or day pass all get welfare and WIC, that have young infants. They receives a commission money, they do no longer pay taxes or tell welfare they are working. They should not be allowed to have amnesty. they could desire to be punished like all different those that attempt and are available right here to the U. S.. in the event that they overstay their pass to they could desire to be punished. i be responsive to folk have began companies and different stuff, yet why have not they utilized for a Greencard? or perhaps renewed their VISA? i be responsive to various Mexican's who're unlawful, who've better halves in Mexico with young infants, yet in addition are are married in the U. S. with somebody else. some stick to and get the greencard cuz they married american, then divorce them. you don't be responsive to what proportion cases they have been in detention center/reformatory in MEXICO and that they are allowed to return to the U. S.. in the event that they get Amnesty all human beings would be coming right here and wanting the comparable. Mexico is waiting to stroll/force over the border, yet one in each and every of those lot of folk international won't be able to even get a VISA to return pass to acquaintances and kin, yet Mexican's are authorized each and all of the time for a VISA or day pass. in the event that they are allowed amnesty is like an open door for others to return right here. there will be greater terrorists, greater crime, and gangs M13 is a mexican gang, yet they have greater gangs. all human beings in Mexico easily has various gadget weapons. there is going to be greater killings, rapes, newborn molestors and greater. subsequent element you be responsive to the full u . s . a . of Mexico would be in the U. S. and Mexico would be empty!
