what's your idea on solving illegal immigration?

My 50 year old husband was tazed yesterday. He came upon my daughter's car which he believed had broken down. He approached the police officer who was with the vehicle. They got into a discussion about the vehicle. The officer determined that he no longer wanted to continue the discussion. He told my husband to get back in his vehicle, my husband asked another question, he was told to get in his vehicle or he would be arrested, my husband responded "you have not heard the end of this" and crossed the street to enter his vehicle. As he reached for the door handle he was tazed in the back.
Do you feel this tazing was police brutality or was the officer somehow justified. If he was justified please explain how?
Also, in the state of NH or any other for that matter can a male officer lay hands on a female prisoner to do a pat down or whatever without a female officer present? If yes, does anyone else have to be present?

I'm a little bit confused as to why Clarke is trying so hard to discredit Brown given that Tony Blair [ and not Brown ] was the person who sacked him from his ministerial post? Can any one shed some light on this??

You can be democrate or Republican and i have no problem if you like bush or hate him. I like him but to many people hate someone just because there repblican or democrate. It should be based on what they stand for, not what side there on.

This isnt the red states or the blue states its the United States of America but sometimes people dont act like it.

Any thoughs?

This issue has never been addressed. It has hardly ever been mentioned. Who would have the authority to clear ONE airplane carrying relatives/friends/colleagues out of the country when all other airplanes were grounded immediatly in the wake of 9/11.

Have you guys heard about the 9/11 moving comming out and the democrats are making ABC take out parts of the movie that make them look bad. Dont you think this is against a persons rights to have a movie shown how they want it. The democrats saw nothing wrong with Bush Bashing in the movie Farinehight 911 but all because this movie tells some truth there upset.

I was listing to talk shows about this and its sad also cause everyone wants to blaim Bush for this war and soilders deaths but we wouldnt be in this war if Clinton would of taken out Osama when he had the chance and he even admited he had the chance a couple times but choose not to.

Now i am a republican so you can say what you want about the second part but you have to even agree with me about the first part and how democrats have no right to forced ABC to take out parts of the movie that bash them.

And on a note the movie bash's both sides, so its not like Ferignheight movie and one sided

I have heard that Schwarzenegger is the son of an Austrian Nazi; could this be related to the way he behaves about minorities. He seems to dislike native Americans; he does not like Hispanics. Just something to think about it before casting that vote in November 06.

I mean... apparently if you can find one person to tell any story... you can go make a movie about it and call it fact now?

I mean, if they make this one, won't they just make more... for both sides? I mean, isn't the truth difficult enough to find now without socially acceptable propaganda films? If it was factual, they wouldn't bother with calling it a "docudrama" would they?

I'm talking about movies that make "Fairenheit 9-11" look like a Republican TV ad... as long as they throw the label "docudrama" on it, they pretty much have free range it seems?

A FRIEND on mine had a runin with the local police. He wants to get the name of the person who filed the complaint. However, no charges were filed, no items listed in the warrant were found, and the case was closed after two months. Can he get the name to begin a civil suit because the whole episode cost him several thousand dollars in legal fees and other expenses.

I havent been in the country for a while and want to know the exact reasons for all the hatred for him that I've seen on here.

Do not answer with empty quotes from The News of The World like 'cos the countrys going down the pan' or 'he wants to be a president' . I want facts and thats it. We all know the media is more powerful than the government and I wanted to see if there are any valid answers of if the country has been brainwashed by the Coke heads at The Daily Mail since I left.
