Thats a toughie... China's got the man-power and America has the great technologies. It might come down to who has whom as an ally but if allies aren't a factor... America (if Bush was in power)

Let's see in an all out war........... Both sides would have their major cities nuked. The economy/stock market would be in the toilet. There would be so many dead people that those remaining alive would be hard pressed to bury them. Our food would be contaminated. Those remaining alive would wish they were dead. Gee.. Its hard to pick a winner.
