The children were unaware of what was unfolding as Bush made a brief statement to the nation about the attacks.

The above is a quote from Prime Minister Dienfenbaker as a synapse of the Canadian Bill of rights and it is that which is being lost all too quickly in American acts like the "Patriot act"and others

I would have pasted an American quote but I am more familiar with Cdn ones - Itwas said to me recently that American policy has no effect on me so why do I care?

In fact it does have an impact on every last person in the world

In wisconsin, (on a month-to-month rental) if a landlord excepts the following months rent but gives the tenant, after taking the money, an eviction notice for that month he just took the rent for, Does the tenant still have to move out the same month? (Example: Paid the rent for sept,2006,after landlord took the money Sept,1,served the tenant an eviction notice dated Aug.31,2006 stating that they must be moved out Oct.1, 2006) Do they have to move and if not what action can they take?

Currently the UK runs an opt-in system, where people who want to become organ donors carry donor cards and tell their relatives of their wishes. The opt out system would mean that, when people died, their organs would be automatically considered for transplant unless the person had explicitly expressed otherwise? Is this a fairer system?

I am getting tired of smart a s s Europeans. They think that they are better than Americans. We should have let them deal with their own problems during World War II. All they do all day is come up with stupid retorical comments about the USA while sipping over espresso. Those Europeans are real idiots. I think that more Americans should start giving Europeans the cold shoulder. The United States has been around less then Europe yet we have accomplished more. The reason why I am writing this is because I almost got into a fight with a stupid European. If my friends were not there to stop me, I would have beaten the crap out of that little twerp.

I am a South African I have been in the UK for almost 5 years .2x years on a working holiday visa .2 years on a student visa and curently on a 6 month holiday extention.Is there any way I can legaly remain in the UK (not talking about a work permit)I want to remain in the country because I enjoy the way of living and the people.

and being the antiChrist and such and was in Skulls and Bones that essentially worships Satan and gives the devil's sign a lot and the fact he caught on tape during 9-11 reading my pet goat since the goat is a traditional symbal of the devil and mentioned in the last judgemnt as well when God separates the sheep from the goats.

Since his secret nuclear war with its use of depleted uranium (equal to 1/4 million Nagasaki bombs) leads to such extreme birtth deformities (goggle those three words if you have the stomach), deaths, and illnesses for 4 1/2 billion years which history will show him to have worse crimes against humanity than Hilter when all human DNA is damaged, he is doing the devil's work.

It just hit me that that choice was a strange co-incidence

Condidering that the actions of their citizens kick-started the "War on terror" (whatever that phrase may mean). There was no Afghans or Iraqis on those flights 5 years ago. Is the war being fought on the wrong front?
