Your visa is valid as long as you sponsor helps it........in case you left the united kingdom then you definately are not to any extent further employing the visa and in case you come back are you returning under the comparable situations that it substitute into initially issued....does not sound like it..... so in that subject it is not valid regardless if or no longer the sponsor has cancelled their help or no longer........... and not employing a visa you're unlawful and have little to no probability you will would desire to notice for a spousal visa........ and out of your very own united states of america, no longer arrive and desire to alter it or you would be despatched back.............. and it could take a protracted time on a similar time as immigration verify each and everything...do no longer even attempt to return with your newly married uk citizen spouse or she would have the ability to be allowed in and you would be despatched back..................

Seek legal advise. But beware that the UK immigration system has changed dramatically in the past few months this year. They have made it very hard for people to settle it the UK. Even health professionals are finding it hard to obtain settlement. You must contact a legal advisor or the IND home office. They can give you better advise. Good Luck.

Marry a UK resident or get student Visa or ask advice from UK Immigrations or get a Degree and apply to stay legally.

If you do none of the above I suggest you say " Thank you Great Britain and Goodbye"

If you stayed in the UK legally for 5 years, you can apply for citizenship status. In your case, since you've lived their legally by visa's, you can apply.

Secondly, you get married to a British person. It is necessary for the spouse to reside in the UK first for a continuous period of at least three years.

check out the website below. Hope it helps.

The commonist assumption is that you get to stay if you marry a Brit - no so.
All immigrants are assessed on their likelihood of being a financial drain on the state.
Best way is to do more studying, use that extension time to find a partner, get married and start a family.
Problem shelved for 2/3 years.
