I believe you would have to use the directory assistance for that country in the location you desire. Contact the establishment and speak to a managerial personnel. It would be the same if you were looking for a job here. You either answer an add, go in on foot and speak to management OR call the establishment and ask for management. They will tell you if they are hiring and the specifications of the job.
