I wouldn't go THAT far with President Bush. He's a fallible human being in a tough position, doing the best he can, and better than many would be able to in the same situation. But I don't LOVE him, I don't always agree with him, and I would NOT equate him with Jesus.
As for the Jesus part of the question, absolutely!

Definitely Jesus was a hero as he done a great thing against hatred and bloody wars romans were used to impose on world. Bush is the exact opposite. I could not even imagine comparing the Son of God with any human being. President Bush is a mere human doing the best he can in very trying situations. On the other hand, God is still in control of everything that happens on this earth!
